At MagiCare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and items must be in their original packaging where possible. We do not accept returns on items that have been opened and used, unless the product is defective.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@magicare.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Attach a photo of the defective or damaged item. Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
If you received a defective item and would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know in your return request. We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products (unless defective), bulk or wholesale orders, and items purchased on final sale are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
MagiCare covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
