For bulk, wholesale, case, or pallet orders, shipping availability and freight options may vary based on destination, order size, and product availability.

For wholesale or pallet orders, our team may provide a separate freight quote after reviewing the order details.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are generally managed by the carrier.

If your order appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the issue and assist where possible.

For damaged shipments, please keep the original packaging and provide photos of the damaged items and shipping box.

For case, pallet, wholesale, or business orders, shipping terms may vary depending on order quantity, delivery location, and freight requirements.
