Delivery time. Economy ground typically arrives 2 to 7 business days after shipment, depending on your distance from our warehouse. Delivery dates shown by the carrier are estimates, not guarantees.

Where orders ship from. All orders ship from our warehouse at 1940 E Locust St, Ste A, Ontario, CA 91761, by USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.

Tracking. You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to show the first scan.

Address errors. Please check your address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, email support@magicare.com right away; we can change an address until the order is packed, but not after it has shipped. We are not responsible for delays or returned parcels caused by an incorrect address.
